One of the standout features of FrostyFantasia is the custom ice cream creation tool. Users can choose their preferred base, flavors, toppings, and scoops, and a picture of their custom creation is generated instantly. This unique functionality allows users to craft ice creams that reflect their personal choices and creativity, offering them an interactive and engaging experience.

The platform features a user-friendly dashboard where customers can manage their orders. Before the admin’s approval, users can delete or modify their orders for added flexibility. Once the order is approved, users receive a downloadable PDF with order details, which they can show at the shop to collect their ice cream. On the admin side, a comprehensive dashboard provides insights into sales trends, with daily, monthly, and yearly reports presented through visual charts. The admin can manage flavors, ingredients, and respond to customer queries, ensuring smooth business operations.

FrostyFantasia also includes a Point of Sale (POS) system for efficient management of both online and walk-in orders. When customers arrive at the shop, the admin can quickly select their order and provide them with a receipt, making the pickup process quick and convenient.
