This project was a professional website developed for Genisys BPO Solutions, a Call Center and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company specializing in customer support, telemarketing, lead generation, and process automation services. The goal was to create a clean, modern, corporate-style website that effectively presents their services, expertise, and career opportunities while maintaining a strong, professional brand identity. Designed with a sleek blue and white theme, the website reflects trust, efficiency, and innovation — qualities essential for a successful BPO provider.

The website features key sections including Services, About Us, Careers (We’re Hiring), Client Brands, and Contact. The "We are Hiring" section allows candidates to explore job opportunities and submit their CVs easily, streamlining the recruitment process. Core services such as Customer Support, Technical Assistance, Data Management, and Digital Marketing Outsourcing are prominently showcased. Built with responsive design principles, the website delivers an optimal viewing experience across desktops, tablets, and mobiles, with a balanced, centered layout for easy navigation.

Technically, the website was developed using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap for a responsive grid layout, enhanced with WOW.js animations for subtle interactivity. Font Awesome was used for consistent, professional iconography. Focus areas included accessibility, fast load times, and SEO-optimized structure. Forms were designed for smooth backend integration (e.g., PHP handling for CV uploads and service inquiries), ensuring both functionality and user-friendliness.

This project highlights my ability to design and develop corporate, business-focused web solutions that meet real-world needs.
