VaxEase Online

I developed Vaxease Online, a complete vaccination management system designed to streamline the vaccine booking and reporting process. The platform allows users to book vaccines from their preferred hospitals, receive appointment confirmations via email, and manage their vaccination records effortlessly. Built using PHP and MySQL, the system ensures smooth coordination between users, hospitals, and administrators.

Key features include real-time vaccine booking, email notifications upon appointment confirmation, and automated report generation after vaccination. Users have access to a personal dashboard where they can track all their past and upcoming vaccinations. Hospitals can manage appointments, update vaccination statuses, and generate reports, while the admin panel provides complete oversight of all user and hospital activities.

I focused on creating an intuitive, user-friendly interface that caters to users of all age groups. The backend was robustly designed with secure database interactions using MySQL, ensuring data integrity and privacy. Special attention was given to the email notification system, automated report generation, and real-time updates for both hospitals and users.

Through close coordination with the client, I delivered a powerful solution that simplifies the complex vaccination process into a smooth online experience. The system successfully reduces manual work for hospitals and offers users a convenient way to manage their health records digitally.
